1. General Provisions 
1.1. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the bonus program “Stars” ("Service", “Program”) accessible via a Telegram bot.
1.2. The Service is provided by CheckRewards FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai.

1.3. The Service is a loyalty program featuring gamified elements and in-app activity.
1.4. Program participants can complete partner tasks, invite new users, and contribute in-game crystals to participate in bonus star distribution events. Bonus stars are awarded as an in-game reward.
1.5. Bonus stars may only be used within the program to receive gifts from an independent partner, including digital assets. Important: The bonus stars used in the program are not affiliated with or related to Telegram stars produced or distributed by Telegram or its partners. Any similarity to the name is purely coincidental and does not imply any partnership or affiliation.
1.6. The Service is not:
– a financial platform,
– a cryptocurrency exchange,
– an investment scheme,
– a source of income,
– a gambling game, lottery, or prize draw based on chance.

2. Registration and Use of the Service 
2.1. Only legally competent individuals over the age of 18 may participate in the program.
2.2. Users agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and not to violate applicable law.
2.3. The Organizer may restrict, suspend, or terminate a user's access to the Service in the following cases:
– violation of this Agreement,
– fraud, abuse, or circumvention of the system,
– use of automated tools (bots, scripts),
– multiple accounts for unfair advantage (e.g., fake accounts),
– spam or advertising in the Service,
– manipulation of the bonus system or airdrops,
– provision of false or forged information during registration,
– actions in breach of applicable laws,
– any other activity that may harm the Service's reputation, security, or integrity.
All such decisions are made at the sole discretion of the administration and are not subject to automatic appeal.

3. In-App Mechanics and Bonus Units 
3.1. Users can earn in-game crystals by completing tasks and inviting friends. At the same time, in order to participate in the bonus program, the user must also have at least 3 (three) invited users, each of whom has reached at least the third level within the program.
3.2. Crystals may be contributed to airdrops as a stake.
3.3. After each airdrop, bonus stars are awarded in proportion to the user's contribution.
3.4. Bonus stars are not:
– currency or a means of payment,
– tokens or digital assets,
– securities or financial instruments.
3.5. Bonus stars hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. They may only be used within the scope of the program.
3.6. The program is not considered a gambling activity or lottery and does not require any financial contribution from the user.

4. Gifts and Partner Program 
4.1. Users may exchange bonus stars for gifts provided by an independent third-party partner.
4.2. Gifts may include:
– digital assets (e.g., TON cryptocurrency),
– discounts,
– in-game items, and other bonuses.
4.3. Specific conditions for obtaining and delivering gifts are defined by the partner's terms and may be governed separately.
4.4. At the end of the distribution, the user has the right, at his own request, to switch to the partner's external resource and exchange the accumulated stars for the appropriate gift provided by the program partner.


5. Liability and Limitations 
5.1. The Service is provided “as is” with no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.2. The Organizer is not liable for:
– failures of third-party services,
– acts or omissions of gift partners.
5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to:
– amend the conditions for participation, accumulation, or redemption,
– pause bonus activities,
– restrict access in case of rule violations.


6. Indemnification 
6.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Checkrewards FZ-LLC, its affiliates, successors, and assigns from all claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
(a) your use of the “Stars” Program,
(b) your breach of these Terms.

7. Final Provisions 
7.1. This Agreement is legally binding upon all participants in the bonus program.
7.2. By using the Service, you confirm your consent to these Terms and to the processing of your personal data.
7.3. By using the “Stars” Program, you also agree to comply with the Telegram Mini App Terms of Use and the rules associated with their functionality.
7.4. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
7.5. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be made available through the Telegram bot interface.
