There are 3 ways you can earn cashback:

1. Cashback for receipts from any place
Go shopping and take photos of your receipts using our app. Every time you add 10 different receipts, you'll earn AED 0.5. You can add a maximum of 50 receipts per month for the "receipts from any place" promotion.

2. Cashback for receipts with particular items
Purchase an item from the promotion and take photos of your receipts using our app. When adding the receipt, select the place of purchase and the item from the promotion. Receive cashback if the receipt meets the promotion conditions.

3. Cashback for online orders
Open an online store through our app and make an order online. Don't exit it before completing the order to avoid cashback cancellation. Cashback will be credited to your balance once the store confirms the purchase.

For in-store shopping, it may take up to 3 business days to process your receipt. The reward will be credited to your account automatically as soon as the receipt is processed.


For online orders, expected cashback for the order will appear in your Wallet section within one day in the status “Pending”. Once the store confirms the purchase, the reward will be credited to your account and the status will change to “Approved”. The duration for this process varies across different stores and may take 30 to 150 days.
