This means that the referral program is unavailable for your account. But you still can share the app with your friends if you like it!

There are 3 ways you can earn cashback:

1. Cashback for receipts from any place
Go shopping and take photos of your receipts using our app. Every time you add 10 different receipts, you'll earn AED 0.5. You can add a maximum of 50 receipts per month for the "receipts from any place" promotion.

2. Cashback for receipts with particular items
Purchase an item from the promotion and take photos of your receipts using our app. When adding the receipt, select the place of purchase and the item from the promotion. Receive cashback if the receipt meets the promotion conditions.

3. Cashback for online orders
Open an online store through our app and make an order online. Don't exit it before completing the order to avoid cashback cancellation. Cashback will be credited to your balance once the store confirms the purchase.

For in-store shopping, it may take up to 3 business days to process your receipt. The reward will be credited to your account automatically as soon as the receipt is processed.


For online orders, expected cashback for the order will appear in your Wallet section within one day in the status “Pending”. Once the store confirms the purchase, the reward will be credited to your account and the status will change to “Approved”. The duration for this process varies across different stores and may take 30 to 150 days.

In Shop Online section, you'll discover stores and items where you can earn money rewards online without physically visiting the store.

You can earn cashback for buying a variety of products such as clothes, shoes, perfumes, cosmetics, household and health items, diverse services, and even placing orders at marketplaces like Temu and Dubai Store.

1. Observe the list of online stores in Shop Online section.
2. In the store card, click on the "Go to the store" button.
3. Place an order online.
4. Wait for the cashback to appear in your balance. Cashback will be credited to your balance once the store confirms the purchase. The duration for this process varies across different stores and may take 30 to 150 days.

What you need to consider:

• Read the Warning block in the shop cards carefully
• Always go to the store via CheckRewards app to avoid cashback cancellation
• Do not exit the store before completing the order to avoid
• Rules and conditions of cashback crediting are different in different stores. For some stores, you need to shop only at their website, and in others you can to shop in the app

To unlock withdrawals to any debit card from AED 10, you can apply for Citi Credit Card.

Go to Wallet section in CheckRewards app and click on "Unlock withdrawals from AED 10". Read the information on the landing and press on "Apply for a card" button. You will be redirected to Citi website where you can make your application.

As soon as the application is approved, you can pay for credit card purchases using your cashback, starting from AED 10, transferred to any bank account.

Important: to unlock withdrawals from AED 10, you need get to Citi website via CheckRewards app. You will not be able to withdraw cashback to credit cards.
