Here are some reasons why your receipt could've been declined:
1. Your receipt is only partially visible, blurred or damaged, which makes it hard to read.
2. Your photo of the receipt lacks some of the information: date of purchase, store name (including the logo and location), tax registration number (TRN), total amount or listed items (in case you're claiming for a promotion).
3. You've submitted an electronic receipt, voucher, or bank slip instead of a regular receipt.
4. You've submitted someone else's receipt.
If you believe the receipt shouldn’t have been declined, you can appeal by contacting our customer support. For this, in the "Profile" section, click on Help and fill out the form.
Please make sure you attach your declined receipt to the appeal. Our support will respond within 3 working days.
