1. Explore the promotion range of stores and their products offering increased cashback in the "Shop In-Store" section. These are all offer cards visible when you open the app.
2. Purchase items from the specified range.
Please note that you can receive cashback for only one item within a single promotion on one receipt.
If you want to receive cashback for each product, we recommend splitting your purchases into separate receipts. For example, if you have purchased two bags of Jasmine rice, you should split your purchase so that one bag is on one receipt and the other bag is on a separate receipt.
Each receipt should meet the promotion conditions.
3. Upload a photo of your receipt by clicking on "Add any receipt." Choose the place of purchase and the item from the promotion range. Your receipt will then undergo moderation.
4. Wait for the moderation process to be completed. This usually takes just a few seconds, but in some cases, it may require a few days. To avoid delays, make sure to upload your receipt accurately.
Go shopping as you would normally.
Open the CheckRewards app and click on "Add any receipt".
Choose the correct store you’ve obtained the receipt in.
At the "Got any promotions?" screen choose all the promotions that you have in your receipt.
Click “Proceed”.
Make a clear photo of the receipt and add it.
In case you can't find the right store, you can add any receipt without specifying where it's from. Simply click on "Add any receipt". In this case, your receipt will be counted towards the "receipts from any place" promotion.
Unaccepted promotions imply that some of the conditions listed below haven't been met:
You've exceeded the maximum number of receipts for this promotion
Your receipt doesn't meet the minimum amount
Your receipt is older than 3 days
The keyword necessary to recognize the promoion is missing in the receipt
If you believe that you've satisfied all the terms and your promotion got unaccepted by mistake, contact our support team:
1. Go to the "Receipts" section and select the receipt with the unaccepted promotion 2. Click on "Contact support" and fill out a form
