1. Definitions

The following terms, where the initial letter is capitalized, have the meanings defined below regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form:

• Airdrop: Distribution of Tokens to eligible Users based on participation in the CheckRewards ecosystem.
• App / CheckRewards ScanCity: A Mini App on Telegram, blending real-world tasks and city exploration with in-game mechanics.
• Coins / In-game Coins: A non-convertible in-game currency earned through gameplay, tasks, or specific App mechanics. Coins are used for in-game activities but are not redeemable for cash or other currencies.
• Company: The legal entity Checkrewards FZ-LLC.
• Crystals: Convertible intermediate currency circulating across the CheckRewards ecosystem. Crystals can be earned, exchanged, or spent in most apps. Conversion to and from Tokens is available exclusively in the CheckRewards TokenKeep app.
• Token: A digital asset linked to the CheckRewards ecosystem, primarily used for financial operations such as investment, coin staking, and other advanced activities. Tokens can also be converted back into Crystals to resume participation in ecosystem apps.
• Interface: The visible part of the App.
• You / User: The individual accessing or using CheckRewards ScanCity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CheckRewards ScanCity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and related policies, including our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications or updates to these Terms.

Age and Capacity Disclaimer

By continuing to use the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must immediately cease using the App.

Geographic Restrictions

The App is not intended for use in jurisdictions where its operation violates local laws. If you reside outside of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), you also acknowledge and agree that the Checkrewards ScanCity services are provided solely in accordance with the laws of the UAE, and the laws of the UAE may differ from those of your specific jurisdiction(s). Before accessing and using the services, please ensure that these differences do not raise any objections for you.

Use by residents of the United States is prohibited. By using the App, you certify that you are not a U.S. resident and agree to notify the Company immediately if your residency changes or if you become aware of U.S. residents using the App. Providing false location information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

3. The App

3.1 General

CheckRewards ScanCity combines real-world exploration with in-game tasks. Users interact with a real city map, scan their receipts, complete tasks, and earn rewards such as Coins and Crystals.

3.2 Coins

In-game Coins are earned by:

• Scanning receipts and completing in-app tasks.
• Participating in specific game activities or challenges.

Coins can be used for:

• In-app purchases, including hints, level upgrades, and character boosts.
• Engaging in competitive activities like battles.

Important: Coins are non-convertible and cannot be redeemed for Crystals, Tokens, or real money. Their use is limited to in-game activities and mechanics.

3.3 Crystals

Crystals are a pivotal intermediate currency within the CheckRewards ecosystem. They are:

• Earned by completing tasks in the App or using ecosystem apps actively.
• Purchased with real money or supported cryptocurrencies.
• Traded with other Users via in-game mechanics.
• Spent on in-app purchases such as character boosts, level upgrades, hints, or other premium features.
• Converted into Tokens in the CheckRewards TokenKeep app.
• Crystals circulate freely within most ecosystem apps, supporting the in-game economy. However, their full-fledged conversion to Tokens or vice versa is managed exclusively via the CheckRewards TokenKeep app.

3.4 Tokens

Tokens serve as the ecosystem’s primary financial asset and are:

• Obtained by converting Crystals through the TokenKeep app.
• Used for financial operations such as investment, coin staking, and other advanced activities.
• Convertible back to Crystals to continue participation in ecosystem apps or activities.

4. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are voluntary and solely for entertainment purposes. The Company is not responsible for any financial or otherwise adverse outcomes resulting from in-app purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated in writing by us, the App and all content and other materials contained therein, including, without limitation, designs (including but not limited to structural or landscape designs), text, graphics (whether still or moving), animations, pictures, information, data, software, sound files (including but not limited to musical compositions and recordings), audiovisual effects, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the proprietary property of CheckRewards FZ-LLC or our affiliates, licensors, or Users, as applicable.

The CheckRewards ScanCity logo and any CheckRewards FZ-LLC product, service name, logo, slogan, trademark, and service mark contained within the App are owned, controlled by, or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws, as well as various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of foreign jurisdictions and international conventions.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the App and no content or marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Reference to any products, services, processes, or other information by name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by CheckRewards FZ-LLC.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance or accuracy of results.
• The Company is not liable for technical issues, such as server failures, bugs, or blockchain connectivity problems.
• The Company assumes no responsibility for third-party services linked within the App.

Any use of Checkrewards ScanCity in violation of the restrictions specified in this section is strictly prohibited. This may result in the immediate termination of your access granted under this Terms, as well as potential liability for violation of the law. Any attempt by you to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of Checkrewards ScanCity, including negatively affecting the normal operation of any game or manipulating it, is a violation of our policy and may constitute a breach of criminal and civil law.

6.1 CONTENT AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS

You are solely responsible for your behavior, your use of Checkrewards ScanCity, and any content you create in connection with your use of Checkrewards ScanCity. Checkrewards ScanCity imposes a number of restrictions on the types of behavior that are allowed when using Checkrewards ScanCity. These restrictions are in place to make the use of Checkrewards ScanCity enjoyable and engaging for everyone. Please review the following restrictions that govern your use of Checkrewards ScanCity:

a) You must not create a user account or access Checkrewards ScanCity if you are under 18 years old;
b) You must control your user account, restricting its use by minors, and prevent children under the age of 18 from accessing it. You take full responsibility for any unauthorized use of Checkrewards ScanCity by minors in connection with your account. You are also responsible for any use of your credit card or other payment instruments by minors to purchase virtual items;
c) You may not have more than one user account on each platform at any given time and must not create an account using a fictitious name or false information, or on behalf of anyone other than yourself;
d) You must not create a user account or use Checkrewards ScanCity if you have been convicted of a sex offense;
e) You may not have a user account or use Checkrewards ScanCity if you were previously removed by Checkrewards FZ-LLC or previously banned from playing any of our games;
f) You must use your account for non-commercial purposes only;
g) You may not use your user account to distribute, promote, or show any commercial advertisement to others, including "chain letters," unwanted email, or repetitive messages (spam or unsolicited instant messages);
h) You are not permitted to use your user account for any illegal activities;
i) You must not sublicense, lease, sell, exchange, give away, bequeath, or otherwise transfer your user account or any virtual items associated with your user account to anyone without our prior written consent;
j) You must not access a user account or virtual items (or use them) if they have been sublicensed, leased, sold, exchanged, given away, bequeathed, or otherwise transferred from the original account creator without our prior written consent;
k) If you access Checkrewards ScanCity or use it in any way that interacts with third-party platforms or social networks, you must comply with the terms of service of such third-party platforms or social networks as well as these Terms;
l) You must not advertise, distribute, or otherwise make publicly available any software or code that can be used to alter Checkrewards ScanCity in any way without our knowledge or permission, or circumvent any security measures we apply to Checkrewards ScanCity.

6.2 OTHER RESTRICTIONS

a) You acknowledge that under no circumstances will you take any actions that Checkrewards FZ-LLC deems to be against the spirit or purpose of providing Checkrewards ScanCity, including, but not limited to, circumventing these Terms, our game rules, game mechanics, or policies, or manipulating them;
b) You acknowledge that under no circumstances will you:
(i) use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to alter the functioning of Checkrewards ScanCity or any game process or interfere with them;
(ii) use Checkrewards ScanCity to develop or assist in the development of cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to alter the functioning of Checkrewards ScanCity or any game process or interfere with them;
(iii) make changes, personally or through third parties, to any files that are part of Checkrewards ScanCity, without our express written consent;
(iv) cause, overload, or contribute to a crash or overload regarding (1) any computer or server used to provide or support Checkrewards ScanCity or any game environment (each, a "server"); or (2) the use of Checkrewards ScanCity or any game by any other person;
v) organize, assist in, or participate in any type of attack, including, but not limited to, spreading viruses, denial-of-service attacks, or other attempts to disrupt the functioning of Checkrewards ScanCity or the use of Checkrewards ScanCity by any other person;
(vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Checkrewards ScanCity, accounts registered to others, or computers, servers, or networks connected to Checkrewards ScanCity by any means other than the provided user interface, including, but not limited to, bypassing or altering, or attempting to bypass or alter, encouraging anyone else to bypass or alter, or assisting anyone else in bypassing or altering any security systems, technologies, devices, or software that are part of Checkrewards ScanCity.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

8. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms or at its sole discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User will immediately cease.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Checkrewards FZ-LLC, its successors and assigns, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, licensors, advertisers, suppliers, and operational service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) (collectively, "Claims") arising in any way from:
(a) your use of the Checkrewards ScanCity services,
(b) your breach of these Terms.

Checkrewards FZ-LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive control over the defense and handling of any matter for which you are otherwise obligated to indemnify, and in such cases, you agree to cooperate with us in the defense of such Claim.

10. Advertising

From time to time, you may interact with third parties or receive goods and services from third parties, such as our advertisers, sponsors, or advertising partners (collectively, "Advertisers"), which you may find in Checkrewards ScanCity or on websites with hyperlinks through them. Any such interaction, engagement, and participation are strictly and exclusively between you and such Advertisers, and we are not responsible to you in relation to these actions or transactions (including, but not limited to, any representations, warranties, agreements, contracts, or other terms that may exist between you and the Advertisers, or any goods or services you may purchase or receive from any Advertiser). Please review the terms of service and privacy policy of such Advertisers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be addressed through negotiation by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Binding Terms of Use

By using CheckRewards ScanCity, you also agree to be bound by Telegram Mini App Terms of Use.
